Nearly everyone who maintains a portfolio of investments uses a
portfolio tracker. Today investors and traders
want to track stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, futures, and forex,
but few portfolio trackers do this. INO
offers for free access to a portfolio tracker that does all of
that and provides detailed analysis on what you are
following.
First build your list of what you wish to track.
The search function makes it easy to find the instrument you
are looking for regardless of what it is. If
you do not know the symbol just enter keywords and the INO
Portfolio Tracker will help you find it.
There are more than 300,000 symbols in the INO Portfolio
Tracker system and once you search, you can narrow your choice
to equities, futures, or spreads. Click on
the symbol and you examine its details. If
it is a futures contract for example, the INO Portfolio Tracker
will show you all the available monthly contracts and you can
choose the one you like. INO will
automatically add it to the Portfolio Tracker.
Once in the Portfolio Tracker you can start by examining the
Fast View. The Fast View shows you the symbol
Open, High, Low, Last, Close as well as the percentage
change. Select one of the symbols and the
Portfolio Tracker will show you a customizable chart with
intraday, daily, weekly, and monthly timeframe
options. Metrics regarding the annual low
and high, 52 week low and high, and the average and daily
volume is presented as well. INO’s Portfolio
Tracker even provides the short interest, volatility, and beta
which are information every investor wants to
know. Lastly the Portfolio
Tracker even offers the option link chains if available for the
instrument.
If you are an INO MarketClub member all the analysis and tools
are linked right there for convenience.
In the Detailed View of the Portfolio Tracker investors can
focus on how the symbol is changing today. Open, High, Low,
Close and Volume are all presented as well as change in
percentage for every symbol in the portfolio.
Users can rearrange the order of the symbols and customize the
layout to their personal preference. Links for opening charts,
viewing option chains, and MarketClub analysis is here as
well.
The other great feature is the Quote Board. The
Portfolio Tracker Quote Board creates a small floating window
summarizing your portfolio activity you can place anywhere on
your screen. Right click and refresh to
update the quoted prices. Investors can view changes in their
Portfolio Tracker by just glancing at the small window.
Lastly INO has great free offers for Portfolio Users from their
partners including investment training, futures and forex
guides, and online seminars.
Bottom Line:
Traders and
Investors looking for Portfolio Tracker will love INO’s for its
flexibility, feature set, and price – it’s
free.
